At the beginning of 2023, Khanh Hoa Sanvinest Bird's Nest Joint Stock Company signed a land lease contract for an area of 4.78 hectares and completed the investment and construction of Phase 1 of the Sanvinest Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Raw Material Processing Plant. Currently, the company is implementing legal procedures for the construction of Phase 2 of the Sanvinest Khanh Hoa Premium Beverage Factory, with plans to commence construction in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Since the beginning of 2024, Song Cau Industrial Cluster has welcomed over 20 domestic and foreign investors for site surveys and investment inquiries in sectors such as agricultural products, food, seafood, logistics, machinery, pharmaceuticals, animal feed, machinery assembly, textiles, electric vehicle production, and plastic recycling. Many investors have registered to secure land leases.

As of July 2024, the Song Cau Industrial Cluster has signed land lease agreements with four secondary investors, totaling nearly 8 hectares, bringing the total occupied area to 13.56 hectares out of a total leased area of 28 hectares, achieving an occupancy rate of 48%.

On the afternoon of September 11, the leaders of Khanh Hoa Province met with Khanh Vinh District and the leadership of the Song Cau Industrial Cluster. During the meeting, Mr. Le Huu Hoang, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, tasked Khanh Hoa State-Owned One Member Limited Company with enhancing infrastructure development and promoting the attraction of secondary investors.
